This action is a sources-sought notice issued by the Department of the Interior’s IBC Acquisition Services Directorate to assess marketplace capabilities for webinar 508 support and administration services, and it is not a solicitation for award. The requirement, identified by solicitation number 140D0426Q0521 and NAICS code 611710, seeks a contractor to own and operate a webinar platform, manage course registration, administer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and deliver a total of 16 annual webinars—ten ADA/ABA webinars on the first Thursday of each month from February through December between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm ET, and six Section 508 webinars on the last Tuesday of each month from January through November between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm ET. The contractor must provide all necessary infrastructure including servers, software, internet connectivity, and support systems, and ensure full compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Revised 508 Standards (36 CFR Part 1194), and WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility criteria, including the provision of American Sign Language video via a scalable, adjustable window and verification of sound quality for participants who are hard of hearing.
