The contract is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside with a base period of eight months commencing April 1, 2026, and up to four one-year option periods extending through November 30, 2030, with a maximum potential value of nine million dollars. All deliverables must be completed within 30 calendar days following each service event and meet an acceptable quality level of 90 percent timeliness and scope compliance, verified by Veterans' satisfaction ratings. All staff must pass federal background investigations to meet VA security standards, and compliance with data breach reimbursement clauses, subcontracting limitations, and federal prohibitions on telecommunications equipment or Iran sanctions is mandatory. Proposals were evaluated based on technical, past performance, and price volumes with strict formatting, page, and submission requirements, and award was made in accordance with the SAM.gov registration and certification process, ensuring only certified SDVOSBs are eligible. The contract is administratively managed by the VA Acquisition Directorate, with the Contracting Officer serving as the primary point of contact, and all invoicing must adhere to electronic submission mandates and performance quality metrics established by the VA.
