Solicitation # 36C24527Q0048
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for an open market award to Vicinity Energy Baltimore Corporation to provide annual steam system preventive maintenance at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The contractor must supply all necessary parts meeting original manufacturer specifications and provide emergency call-back services with a technician on-site within five hours of notification.
