AI Contract Overview
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking information from industry to better understand market capabilities for the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of six UH-60M instrument panel adapter plates that enable the replacement of existing GPS-500 units with GTN-625Xi units and ESIS systems. This effort is purely for market research and does not constitute a formal solicitation; any future procurement will be announced separately. The adapter plates must be exact form, fit, and function replacements for the current units to avoid the need for extensive instrument panel modifications. The anticipated NAICS code is 336413, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees, and both large and small businesses, including socially and economically disadvantaged concerns, are encouraged to respond. Vendors must submit a response limited to twenty-five pages, formatted in 12-point Times New Roman font with one-inch margins, addressing three components: company information including Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, SAM.gov status, business size classification, point of contact details, years in business, and relevant past performance; full alignment with the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work dated July 27, 2026; and submission via email to the designated Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 10:00 a.m. CST on August 12, 2026. Responses are voluntary, incur no cost to the government, and no compensation is expected. Communication with personnel outside the specified point of contact is prohibited. The place of performance is Stafford, Virginia, and all submissions must be directed to Andrea Dailey and Melissa Golicz at the FBI.
