THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of an upgrade to their Sequoia S512 Ultrasound System for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450 (Size Standard: 100 employees). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with a firm-fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. This requirement is to provide the service and materials to upgrade FMC Devens Sequoia S512 Ultrasound System with a Digital Display and CD/DVD Burner. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Must be an authorized vendor to provide service on Siemens equipment. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The response date for this sources sought is Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. est. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
