NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Supply Arrangement - E60ZT 16TSSB/E - Stream 2: Business consulting/change management services Public Safety Canada (PS) has a requirement to understand the supply chain, life safety, and economic impacts of a complete loss of the Isthmus-Chignecto (road and rail) corridor due to a significant weather event. Government officials, first responders, municipalities, and critical infrastructure owner/operators will be called upon to determine supply chain, life safety, and economic impacts due to the corridor’s loss for a determined period of time. Participants will also be asked to provide contingencies to minimize impacts. A fulsome understanding of the impacts to the supply chain, economic, and life-safety from the disruption scenario will be reflected in a report by the contractor following a table top exercise. The table top exercise will create an enhanced understanding of supply chain, life-safety impacts, and contingencies.
