The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Hawaii Cooperative Fishery Research Unit (HCFRU), has a requirement for an Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and an Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV), to be delivered to Hilo, HI within 60 days of award.

Competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0126Q0290 will be issued on or about 9/10/2026 with written quotes due on or about 9/16/2026.

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 336612 - Boat Building. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
