Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a Unified Search and Registration Platform to support its national lending operations. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select one (1) proponent to deliver a centralized solution enabling FCC to conduct searches and manage registrations for real and personal property across all Canadian provinces and territories. The platform must support search, registration, renewal, amendment, and discharge activities, and provide centralized administration, reporting, and invoicing. The solution must integrate with FCC internal systems via APIs, be available in both official languages (English and French), and comply with FCC’s privacy, security, data residency, and regulatory requirements. A successful proof of concept (POC) will be required prior to full implementation. This RFP outlines FCC’s requirements, evaluation process, submission instructions, and contractual terms. Proponents are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the RFP documents and timelines.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com. Fees may apply; See https://www.merx.com/public/pricing for more information.
