Learning Management Systems (LMS) Host for SmartDriver Training Suite

The SmartDriver program provides fuel-efficient driving training to professional operators of commercial vehicles and requires an Articulate Storyline 360-compatible LMS platform capable of hosting multilingual content in English, French, and Spanish. The contractor must deploy a secure, scalable, web-based system that meets all Government of Canada standards including SCORM 1.2 or higher for course interoperability, WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA accessibility requirements, and full bilingualism across all user-facing materials.
