Unified Sensor Surveillance Processor (USSP)

The Unified Sensor Surveillance Processor (USSP) is a fully managed Software as a Service solution designed to integrate and streamline computer-aided dispatch, records management, and mobile operations for Customs and Border Protection under the Department of Homeland Security. It will support real-time voice, radio, data, and sensor feeds while enabling seamless collaboration with federal and state systems. The system must provide robust encryption, mobile and offline operational capability, and function within a FedRAMP High accredited cloud environment to ensure secure and continuous performance under demanding conditions. It is scalable by design to adapt to evolving mission needs across diverse operational environments, with San Diego, California designated as the primary place of performance. The acquisition will be competed exclusively among small businesses through the NASA SEWP DHS TechOps II contract vehicle, with the North American Industry Classification System code 518210 reflecting its focus on data processing and hosting services. The set-aside is specifically for Small Business participation as defined by the SBA.
