CLWA's primary goal is to select a vendor capable of delivering high-quality services within a reasonable budget, aligning with the agency’s operational objectives. The solicitation, posted on October 20, 2016, with a response deadline of November 3, 2016, is a request for quotations rather than an invitation for public bid opening, and CLWA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. CLWA desires to establish a Three (3) year term contract, with Two (2) one year renewal options for the services described in the attached documents.
