The objective is to remove and properly dispose of existing UPSs, battery cabinet, batteries, and any associated debris. Supply and install per site 1 each UPS, battery cabinet (if separate), batteries, maintenance bypass switch and transformer (if needed). This requirement will be a one-for-one replacement per site.
