The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 14,735 rentable square feet (RSF) yielding 12,813 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) (previously usable) of contiguous office and related space in Merritt Island, FL within the general area bounded by the following North: State Road 50 South: Bames Blvd. East: I-95 West: US-1 The lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the tenth year and must fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety (offered building must be fully sprinklered) and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area and accessible to major highway arteries. A new construction site will require a 20 foot setback from all boundaries. Eleven secured parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy May 2010. All expressions of interest must be submitted in writing by brokers/agents and must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable.
