Approximately 88,654 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 73,878 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet to a maximum of 77,572 ABOA along with a total of 8 reserved and structured parking spaces. The lease term shall be for a total of 15 years firm. This project is subject to Prospectus approval by the United States Congress. The approval process is underway. Preferences will apply. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
