(ABOA): 11,105 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: - The leased space must be contiguous. - 1st floor space is preferred, below grade space is unacceptable. - Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. - Separate visitor and employee restrooms required. - Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. - Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
