Delivered to: Mrs. Jeanie Pender Contracts & Campus Purchasing SUNY Upstate Medical University Dr. Sarah Loguen Center, 2nd floor 650 South Salina Street, Room 2050 Syracuse, New York 13202 Where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time. Scope of work:: Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination required to complete the UH Basement CT Replacement project. Work generally includes demolition and renovation of existing spaces, removal and replacement of existing CT equipment, and modifications to associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and technology systems. The project also includes installation and connection of new CT equipment and supporting infrastructure, associated finishes and casework, equipment rigging and material handling, temporary protection, infection-control measures, and coordination required to maintain hospital operations during construction. All work on this Contract is to be completed 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. SUNY Upstate, Design and Construction, 650 South Salina Street, 2nd floor, Syracuse, NY 13202. Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may ONLY be obtained from: Syracuse Blue Print Company on 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210 (contact number: 315-476-4084 and Fax 315-476-4006) Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.99, made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk‑throughs will be provided. Photographs of the site or a video walk though can be made available in an addendum. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process.
