Full Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source cost plus fixed fee contract to Oak Ridge Center for Risk Analysis (ORCRA) to provide updates and maintenance to their existing proprietary internet-based software program called NIOSH-Interactive RadioEpidemiological Program (NIOSH-IREP). The applicable NAICS code is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services). The anticipated period of performance is August 28, 2026 through August 27, 2027, and will include four one-year option periods. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). At this time, the Government is not interested in new software development and only intends on purchasing maintenance services for NIOSH-IREP.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. To be considered an interested party, contractors must clearly show capability of satisfying the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations and responses received prior to the date and time below will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
