Synopsis: Update on the Re-Competition of the National Cancer Institute�s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) contract, formerly the Operations and Technical Support for the National Cancer Institute�s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC)/Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) DATE: 11 September 2020 Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an update concerning the re-competition of the NCI FFRDC Contract, formerly the Operations and Technical Support (OTS) for the National Cancer Institute�s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC)/Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR). The re-competition of the NCI FFRDC Contract is reinstated. This acquisition was formally suspended September 30, 2016 through notice HHS-NIH-NCI-SN-MOSB-0000-42 posted on FBO.gov.
