The Office of Mental Health (OMH) has been approved by the Office of the State Comptroller’s to extend a new contract with Control Technologies for the period of 3/31/25-3/31/26 via a Single Source Contract. The total contract value for this period is $242,647.37. The contract is critical for the daily function of the facility as well as for the health and Safety of the patients and staff that are at the facility. Control Technologies Inc. will install and upgrade existing upgrade existing end of life Siebe controllers to modern Distech controls provided by the vendor for the facilities BMS system and air handlers that are at the end-of-life cycle at CK Post and in desperate need for this upcoming heating season to ensure function safely for the facility.
