This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA520926Q037A  is issued as a RFQ for the purchase and installation of a video display wall for the 5th AF Tactical Enterprise Operations Coordination Center (TEOCC) at Yokota AB, Japan with IAW the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and equipment breakdown worksheet. 


This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


Evalution will be based on trade off. Offerors must include a technical approach and a past performance list of no more than 5 recent and relevant contracts. Please see attached documentation for more details. 


Note 1: This acquistion will take place entirely in the country of Japan. Offerors must have the capability of working in Japan.
