UPS Replacement at Atlantic Institution This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Atlantic Institution in New Brunswick. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Tendering procedures: The suppliers listed in this notice and qualified under E60HN-16ELEC for Electrical and Electronic products supply arrangement have been invited to submit a bid. Competitive procurement strategy: lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work Stream Electrical and Electronic products against the Supply Arrangement (SA) E60HN-16ELEC. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: -Anixter, Graybar, Nedco-Rexel, Wesco, Lumen, Eddy Group, Technet, Seivad, Testequity, NWS, Testforce, Navair, KGPCo, Newark Element 14, Westburne, Electro Rent, ECS Electrical, Bird Stairs, I.T.M. Instruments, Per Vices Corporation, KVA Protection, Giga-Tron, RS Americas, Novapex, Axsera, Keverest, Telepro, Unisource Technology, Alpha Controls and Primex. The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to replace the existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), extended battery module (EBM) and the external maintenance bypass switch at the Atlantic Institution. Objectives The Contractor must supply a UPS, EBM and External Maintenance Bypass switch for the Atlantic Institution Maximum Security. Note: The new UPS must have the capability to connect to the facility control system using a Building Automation and Control Networks (BACnet) Internet Protocol (IP), for CSC to monitor and control remotely. Deliverables: A new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), with extended battery modules (EBM) capable of providing back up power and an external Maintenance bypass switch. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
