Solicitation Number: WAD15PSNLDK0001 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis: The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Marine Operations Center - Atlantic (MOC-A) has a requirement for urgent, limited scope drydock repairs to the NOAA Vessel Okeanos Explorer. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and services necessary to perform drydock repairs to the NOAA Vessel Okeanos Explorer, except as noted in the Statement of Work. All work will be performed at the contractor's facility. The resulting contract will have a period of performance from approximately June 1, 2015 through June 5, 2015. The proposed contract line items include: Emergency Drydocking & Routine Drydocking Work, Temporary Services, Bow and Stern Thruster Repairs, Dock and Sea Trials and Additional Item Requirements (as needed). The work shall be accomplished in accordance with the statement of work. These proposed line items and the attached draft statement of work are for informational purposes only and are subject to change in the final solicitation.
