This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This Solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Authority of FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for SCADA System Call Outs for Base Year + Two Option Years as per Bid Schedule and Scope of Work attached. All communications and documents must include the proposed solicitation number 9309R1221102. All offerors shall provide a FIRM FIXED PRICE quotation for the SCADA Systems Maintenance and Emergency Call out Services. Closing Response Date: September 23, 2019, 11:00 AM, Mountain Time.
