The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a shopping center/building under lease in North Richland Hills, Texas, which will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous and is seeking to lease between minimum 1,200 SF and maximum 1,300 SF gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space, in North Richland Hills, Texas, in or around the 76180 zip code area.
