The agency’s requirement is to purchase 4 US National Sectera vIPr Universal Secure Phone for the Rusell Knox Bldg. General Dynamics C4 Systems is the only company that can provide the vIPr Secure phones. These phones are needed to make secure phone calls outside of the RK.B Building.
