3. Updates to the Scope of Work.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a requirement for Warehouse Restroom Renovation Services.
This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912P8-26-Q-A016, and is being procured as a ï¬rm-ï¬xed-price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45,000,000. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform restroom renovation services within a warehouse facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing fixtures and finishes; installation of plumbing fixtures, ventilation systems, and minor electrical components; installation of restroom accessories; painting and finish work; and all incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional restroom.
Work will be performed within an occupied Government facility, and the Contractor shall coordinate all work with Government personnel to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. The period of performance shall be 45 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Quotes are due no later than June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time. E-mail submissions must be received and determined to be virus-free prior to submission. The Government requires that quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission.
