1. The Government's responses to questions concluding the site visit.
2. Confirms that quote due date has been extended to Monday, June 22, 2026 at 10:00 CST Local Time.
3. Updates to the Scope of Work.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a requirement for Warehouse Restroom Renovation Services.
This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912P8-26-Q-A016, and is being procured as a ï¬rm-ï¬xed-price contract. Work will be performed within an occupied Government facility, and the Contractor shall coordinate all work with Government personnel to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. The period of performance shall be 45 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Quotes are due no later than June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time. E-mail submissions must be received and determined to be virus-free prior to submission. The Government requires that quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission.
