Notice Information Solicitation: 951700-21-Q-0039 Agency/Office: U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Office of Contracts NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Purchase of Skyline Communications DataMiner Annual Licenses Description(s): THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S Agency for Global Media intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Skyline Communications, located at 2853 Executive Park Drive, Suite 202-F, Weston, FL 33331. The USAGM has a requirement for the renewal of the annual software support of the previously purchased DataMiner Licenses. The period of performance for the contract award will be a base period of one year. No substitution of these licenses can be accepted. These are commercial items that will be acquired under FAR Part 12/13 procedures. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received by 7 September 2021 at 10:00 am ET. All responses must be in writing only via email to the point of contacts specified in this notice.
