Full Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntsville Engineering and Support Center Contracting Office (HNC) is conducting a RFQ for Relocation and Installation for newly procure IT Equipment for The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center Europe (USAMMCE). USAMMCE requires the outfitting of nine new buildings with new and existing Information Technology infrastructure, while simultaneously continuing operations with minimal operational disruptions as possible. Please see the attached SF1449 for requirement specifications. Also see attached USANNCE Annex A, B, & C for existing equipment, VTC equipment, and newly procured items. Site Visit is scheduled for March 7 2017. The site visit will begin at Husterhoeh Kaserne in Pirmasens. It will begin at 8:30. Walking tour of existing facilities will begin after introductions and briefing. Lunch at 12:00 at the Canteen. Tour of the new locations at KAD will begin after lunch to 4:30. All questions must be submitted by 1:00 pm CST 14 March 2017. Answer will be provide no later than 17 March 2017. A list of questions with answers will be posted for all interested parties to observe. PWS has been updated with new requirements and updated SF 1449 has been uploaded. Additonal site drawings are available. Submit all offers to joey.d.hobbs@usace.army.mil by 11:00 am CST on 31 March 2017.
