United States Coast Guard Base St. Louis is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to perform the initial removal of vegetation and brush, apply preventive growth measures, and maintain the vacant lot located in St. Louis, MO, to prevent future overgrowth.Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work, and it is mandatory to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Small Business Set-aside, the applicable NAICS 561730 code and small business size standard is 19M.
