The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals for a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to build the Gate 7 Parking Garage at the St. Elizabeths West Campus in Washington, DC. This project, supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, involves the construction of a multi-level, mechanically ventilated parking garage featuring a classical architectural brick facade, along with associated surface parking, utility relocations, stormwater management, and security infrastructure.
