USCG JUNEAU ALASKA GYM MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting proposals for a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide 24-hour fitness club memberships for up to 252 active-duty personnel and 70 monthly pool passes for public swimming pools in the Juneau, Alaska area. The contractor must operate facilities within immediate proximity to Juneau, staffed Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., with video surveillance in place during unmanned hours to ensure secure access for Coast Guard members outside of staffed times. The fitness facility must accommodate more than 50 users simultaneously and include cardio equipment (with at least five rowing machines), free weights, circuit training, fitness classes, indoor courts, and clean locker and shower amenities. Pool passes may be issued either to specific individuals or as general-use passes, at the Government’s discretion, with historical preference for assignment to named users. Childcare services are explicitly excluded from the scope. Proposals must be submitted via email by 3:00 p.m. Alaska Time on May 26, 2026, to three designated Coast Guard email addresses, and must be in PDF format. The contract has a base performance period of 12 months beginning June 1, 2026, with an option to extend for up to six additional months under FAR 52.217-8. The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR clauses, including labor standards under the Service Contract Act, whistleblower protections, ethical conduct requirements, and supply chain security provisions prohibiting use of certain foreign-made equipment. Invoicing must be processed electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform, and all submissions will be reviewed and accepted by USCG Sector Southeast Alaska. Offerors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration with a valid UEI and CAGE code and represent their small business status accurately under FAR 52.219-28, but no set-asides are in effect for this procurement.
