The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for JANITORIAL services at USCG Station Port Canaveral in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Base Year: 1/01/2024-12/31/2024 Option Year 1: 01/01/2025-12/31/2025 Option Year 2: 01/01/2026-13/31/2026 Option Year 3: 01/01/2027-12/31/2027 Option Year 4: 01/01/2028-12/31/2028 Site Visit. All bidders are required to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Requests for site visits shall include the Company name, Employees full names, Driver's License State and Number and ensure vehicles have current insurance and registrations. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. However, the Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals and prices submitted and the availability of funds.
