Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR Part 36, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR Part 36 to be consistent with a request for quotations. Repair and replace drop ceiling in bathroom and main area as necessary. Refurbish and weatherproof door. Repair damage to interior floor and replace floor tiles as necessary. And remove and properly dispose of all waste from site.
