Amendment 0001: Provides a revised solicitation to include the requires for a bid/quote guarantee and provdes a revised SF1442 to capture this change. All else remains in full force and effect.
Amendment 0002: Extends the submission deadline to 5-JUNE-2026 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Amendment 0003: Provides answers to received questions.  Additional questions are with subject matter experts. Amendment 0003 also extends the submission deadline to 10-JUNE-2026 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Amendment 0004: Provides answers to remaining questions.


Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary for the removal of the existing roofing system and gutter system. Installation of replacement flashing where brick wall meets gable siding. Installation of new roofing system in its entirety. Installation of new gutter system and downspouts at USCG Station Crisfield, Crisfield MD 21817. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 and size standard of $19.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.


  • All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 5-JUNE-2026 via email to Jackson.A.Wysor2@uscg.mil and to Frank.R.Burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
  • Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON 21-MAY-2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.


All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 19-MAY-2026, 10:00 AM at USCG STA Crisfield; 810 Norris Harbor Dr., Crisfield, MD 21817. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MK1 Dominic Deview, 443-944-6728, Dominic.E.Deview@uscg.mil a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
