Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to repair and perform necessary maintenance of the Sewage Lift Station located at USCG Station Cape Charles. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 , Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for the Instructions to Offerors and FAR 52.212-2 for the Evaluation Criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 08/19/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 8/13/26 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. 


All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 08/12/26 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Station Cape Charles located at 1 Marina Road, Cape Charles, VA 23310. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MKC Matthew Bowman at matthew.d.bowman@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer Frank Burton at frank.r.burton@uscg.mil to coordinate station access.
