The United States Coast Guard requires contractor support in providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade services at U.S. Coast Guard Station Milford Haven, located at 63 Mill Point Road, Hudgins, VA 23076. Work includes the design, install, test, and commission a complete and operational Notifier Fire Alarm System. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code of 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by COB (1700) Eastern Time on 05/29/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and jackson.a.wysor2@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1449 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above, no later than NOON Eastern Time on 05/22/2026. No oral questions will be accepted.
