This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as RESTRICTED to all Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award services or supplies contract for Radon Testing at USCG TRACEN Cape May Housing (98 units) at 1 Munro Ave. Cape May, NJ 08204 as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08121QP32072. The NAICS code is 541380. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 21-04. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.
