A Request for Proposal (Solicitation) will be issued in the near future for an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) firm, fixed price with economic price adjustment contract. The solicitation will be for a Base Period for deliveries from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016, plus a one year Option Period for deliveries from December 1, 2016 through November 30, 2017. All offers must be submitted electronically through the Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) website at -http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=WBSCM. Offers submitted by any means other than WBSCM will be considered non-responsive. Offerors are urged to review all documents that pertain to this program.
