USDA Forest Service Flathead National Forest - Ashley Lake North Campground Renovation

The USDA Forest Service Flathead National Forest is soliciting quotations for the Ashley Lake North Campground Renovation under solicitation number 1240LU26Q0096, issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial items. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238910, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million, open to all responsible small business concerns. The work involves comprehensive campground infrastructure improvements including the installation of approximately 800 lineal feet of 1-1/2 inch HDPE water line with fittings, three campground water hydrants with concrete pads and valve boxes, one host site water hydrant with an aggregate pad and valve box, a water system drain vault, and associated well house piping and electrical work. The project also requires construction of picnic tables using Douglas-fir or larch No. 1 grade wood planks on concrete supports free of defects, and the installation of NSF 61 approved plumbing fixtures including Matco-Norca model FY-691LF taps and Apollo model 77 FLF ball valves. Optional work includes the construction of a new well development compliant with Montana DEQ regulations, with Option 2 activated if the well yield is below 10 gallons per minute.
