USDA-RD Finance Office Support

The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Finance Office is seeking industry feedback through a Request for Information to support its operational needs in budget formulation, budget execution, Credit Reform Act of 1990 activities, and accounting functions. This initiative aims to establish a multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with one or more small business vendors to provide report generation, process automation, process improvement, and data analysis services. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, meaning only small businesses are eligible to respond, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management with an active Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code.
