RLP Amendment #1 (08/04/2026)
In accordance with FAR 15.206, the RLP number 57-10005-27-FA, is hereby amended under RLP amendment number 1.
The purpose of amendment number 1 is to modify the square feet and parking requirements requested by the Government, update the unique building/property requirements, and updated EXHIBIT B ASR.
EXHIBIT B dated 05/19/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP amendment number 1 EXHIBIT B.
Submission Deadeline
RLP amendment no. 1 and RLP amendment no. 1 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than 4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
All other aspects of 57-10005-27-FA (RLP) remain unchanged, unless otherwise admended by the Government under any possible future amendments.
