Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57‑10005‑27‑FA (RLP) for leasehold interest in real property—general‑purpose office space with a ware yard—in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware.  The RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications.


Offer Submission Deadline
All offers must be submitted no later than the due date and time specified in the RLP.  Offers received after that deadline will be considered late and may be rejected under FAR 15.208(a)–(b), which mandates submission by the specified time and generally excludes late proposals unless limited exceptions apply.


Solicitation Notice Period
This solicitation is posted in accordance with GSAM 570.106.
