Background: This project provides an HVAC solution for the Building 302 Intelligence Operations Floor and adjacent rooms within an accredited ICD 705 Facility. The work consists of: a new nominal 10 or 15-ton ducted split heat pump system serving the bullpen and two interior rooms; a new energy recovery ventilator (ERV); retention and rebalancing of existing AHU-1 to serve three exterior Rooms; and demolition of the existing 7.5-ton roof top unit and two out-of-service computer room AC units, with associated roof work.

This acquisition is being procured as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 "Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors" and the size standard of no more than $19M. A single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of quotes received.
