Background: This project provides an HVAC solution for the Building 302 Intelligence Operations Floor and adjacent rooms within an accredited ICD 705 Facility. The work consists of: a new nominal 10 or 15-ton ducted split heat pump system serving the bullpen and two interior rooms; a new energy recovery ventilator (ERV); retention and rebalancing of existing AHU-1 to serve three exterior Rooms; and demolition of the existing 7.5-ton roof top unit and two out-of-service computer room AC units, with associated roof work.
