In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.503(b)(1) notice is hereby given that an award has been made on the basis of the evaluation factors listed in request for proposal number HSFEEM-11-R-0032, for NFA Program Support Services. (i) The solicitation was set aside 100% to small business concerns and was posted to FedBizOpps on May 27, 2011. (ii) Seven proposals were received in response to solicitation HSFEEM-11-R-0032 by the closing date. (iii) The awardee is: Gaver Technologies, Inc. dba GTI Federal (iv) The total contract price for the base year and all options is $5,603,720.49. (v) GTI's proposal indicated a thorough understanding of the USFA/NFA's program goals and included the methods, resources, schedules and essential aspects for full performance of the PWS requirements, and contained no significant weaknesses or deficiencies. GTI was determined to be fully capable of providing the required services at a considerably lower cost/price than any other offeror, or no other offeror's proposal made a convincing case for benefits of superior performance capability features versus the added cost/price.
