This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140FGA26Q0012. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Saratoga National Fish Hatchery, located in Saratoga, WY has a requirement for the repair and replacement of their water treatment system.
Period of Performance: 80 Days After NTP
The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. LPTA evaluation will be based on the following (1). Technical Acceptability and (2) Price
The estimated range of this contract is between $25,000 and $250,000.
Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract and will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
