We will issue onle one solicitation to University of Manchester; however, all responsible sources that believe they can meet these requirements may submit a capability statement to Christina Cusack via EMAIL ONLY at vfz7@cdc.gov with the solicitation number 2015-86053 referenced in the subject line NO LATER THAN September 3, 2015 to be considered by CDC.
