The work will be conducted at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2027, and is funded with $755,010 in O&M-MC appropriations. The redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity JEFO 26-0243 serves as the sole formal justification for this non-competitive award.
