The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), at Patuxent River, MD announces its intentions to award a sole source Task Order (TO) to Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC), Newport News, VA on the Terminal Attack Controller Training (TACT) Multiple Award-Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA/IDIQ) Contract.
