USMS FY26 D08 Deputy Duty Uniforms

The U.S. Marshals Service is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 15M10226QA4700147 for the provision of Deputy Duty Uniforms under a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) using NAICS code 315990, with performance based in Phoenix, Arizona and a contract period from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and must submit two volumes: Volume 1, a quote on official company letterhead including company name, logo, address, point of contact, and CAGE code; and Volume 2, a fully completed and signed SF-1449 form with pricing entered on the CLINs and Clause USMS-0004 filled in. Technical substitutions are strictly prohibited, and while items are not name brand specific, any quotation “other than” the specified requirements must include full technical specifications for evaluation. The award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with the government seeking additional discounts. Offerors must comply with stringent security and privacy requirements, including DOJ-02 Contractor Privacy Requirements and DOJ-05 Security of Department Information and Systems, and must be authorized to handle the controlled USMS Seal and Shield. Invoicing must be processed electronically through the Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform, and contractors are required to submit a release of claims and notify the Contracting Officer of any excess funds at closeout. The Contracting Officer’s Representative, Alicia Wynn, will be responsible for technical acceptance, but has no authority to modify contract terms. Offers must be received by June 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM and must remain firm for 60 days from the submission deadline.
