The Northern Facilities Construction CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals to upgrade the HVAC System at USPS owned Vehicle Maintenance Facility, 18066 Liberty Ave, Jamaica, NY 11433-9701. Estimated cost of the work is between $1,500,000 and $2,500,000 with construction completion no later than two hundred seventy (270) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will open August 14, 2013 on USPS eSourcing Emptoris (see How to Participate below) and close on September 10, 2013. There will be a pre-proposal meeting for this project on Monday August 19 at 10:00 a.m., on site. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
