Solicitation # N0002426R4421
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is soliciting proposals for the USS MAKIN ISLAND (LHD 8) Fiscal Year 2028 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). This Signature Availability is a comprehensive effort combining maintenance, modernization, and repair, requiring a contractor with substantial West Coast facilities, including a capable pier for the LHD ship class. The contract includes specific provisions for growth work, with estimated requirements of 211,989 direct labor hours and over 9.5 million dollars in materials, alongside a maximum incentive available of 15 million dollars.
