**Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide answers to the questions submitted (Attachment 7) and incorporate revisions (Attachments 1 - 6). As a result, the proposal due date has been extended to 8 July 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. Offerors shall provide a signed copy of this amendment as part of the proposal acknowledging all changes.**
